Take Action!

Please join the Coalition for Economic Justice, Buffalo Anti Racism Coalition, members of the faith community and allies as we host a fundraiser at Sweetness 7, located at 220 Grant St., on July 17th in an effort to fund the rebuilding of four historically black churches in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee that were burned down at the end of June.

We are joining a nationwide “Rebuild the Churches” effort that features dozens of churches and thousands of individuals that are standing together in solidarity to raise money so that the congregations of these churches can have some sort of solace during this troubling time.

Light refreshments and a coffee bar will be available, and a portion of the proceeds from the coffee bar will go directly into the Rebuild the Churches fund.

Live performance by local singer-songwriter Jon Herr.

If you are unable to make the event, but would still like to donate, please visit https://cccathedralstl.dntly.com/campaign/2571#/ for more information on how to do so.
